Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the dashboard. Upgrades are immediate, downgrades are applied at the next renewal. There are no penalties for changing plans.
How does the annual discount work?
By choosing annual billing you save 20% compared to monthly. Payment is charged in one installment at the beginning of the period. You can request a refund within 30 days if not satisfied.
What happens if I exceed plan limits?
We'll send you a notification when you reach 80% of the limit. Conversations exceeding the limit are temporarily suspended until the monthly renewal. You can upgrade at any time to continue without interruption.
Do you offer custom Enterprise plans?
