Defines how you may use the AgentForge platform and the AI agents created with it.

By using AgentForge, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy. This policy applies to you, your AI agents and all interactions that occur through the platform. The goal is to ensure that AgentForge remains a powerful and safe tool for all the agencies and professionals who use it.
Prohibited uses
Generate illegal, harmful content or content that violates applicable Italian and European laws.
Send spam, phishing or unsolicited commercial communications via AI agents.
Collect personal data of third parties without authorisation or without the necessary legal bases.
Infringe the intellectual property of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks and patents.
Impersonate real persons, companies or entities without explicit authorisation.
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent AgentForge's or third-party security measures.
Distribute malware, viruses, trojans or any malicious code via AI agents.
Operate in gambling and online betting sectors without the required government licences.
Produce or distribute sexually explicit, obscene or pornographic content.
Incite hatred, discrimination or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation or other protected characteristics.
Violate international sanctions or export services to countries or entities subject to embargo.
Operate in high-risk sectors (medical devices, weapons, regulated finance) without the necessary authorisations and without prior approval from AgentForge.
Policy enforcement
Violations of this policy are handled through a progressive process, proportionate to the severity of the infringement.
Warning
For first non-serious violation: notification by email with details of the violation and request for immediate correction.
Temporary suspension
For repeated or serious violations: account suspension for a period of 7 to 30 days with possibility of appeal.
Account closure
For very serious violations or repetition after suspension: permanent account closure without refund.
AgentForge reserves the right to act immediately and without notice in cases of serious violations that endanger the security of the platform, its users or third parties. AgentForge's decisions are final, subject to the right of appeal provided in internal procedures.
Report a violation
If you are aware of platform uses that violate this policy, please report it to us immediately. Every report is taken up and investigated by our security team within 24 hours.
